The Avocet 69 is a very roomy Willerby Westmorland. It is situated a short walk from the supermarket and cafe.
Our second holiday home the Dunlin 25, is a Willerby Villa on Dunlin 25 and is a real "home from home", with decking, double glazing, central heating, en suite facilities as well as a second shower-room.
Our prices are inclusive of gas, electricity and rates.
You will need to bring duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.
Towels and tea towels are not supplied.
Each caravan has a double bedroom, two twin rooms and a double bed to make up in the sitting room.

So we can offer you the best deal around we do not accept credit cards and therefore we do not pay commission for credit card use.
We do not charge VAT.
On Arrival
All keys must be collected from and returned to Pinewoods Holiday Park Reception.
Keys can be collected between 16:00 - 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00 on the day of departure.
if it is not possible for you to colect or return keys at these times. I can make alternative arrangements, given prior notice. For Sunday arrivals, keys can be collected up to 16:00.
